Effective October 5, 2024, the following rules will be in place at all DGH locations:
- Burnaby residents can only visit the Burnaby-Edmonds food program. To register on site, please bring ID and proof of address.
- New Westminster residents can only visit one of the three New Westminster locations per week.
- Only those living in Burnaby and New Westminster will be served at DGH locations.
*Note: Clients attending New Westminster locations please arrive at the location about 45 minutes to 1 hour before distribution to get on the list. At the Trinity West End location, we do intake from 11:30am-12:30pm and then serve from 12:30-1:30 PM. Please bring ID to show you are a resident of New Westminster.
Closure Dates:
-The New West Community Church location will be closed Dec 6 and 13, 2025. Please visit Trinity Presbyterian Church West End instead.
-All locations will be closed Dec 27, 2025.
-Trinity Presbyterian Church West End will reopen in the new year on Jan 3, 2026.
-The Edmonds, Burnaby location will reopen Jan 10, 2026.
